Terms of Service

By using exiles.build, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to browsing builds, signing in, publishing builds, uploading or importing build files, using account features, and sharing links generated by the service.

exiles.build provides Path of Exile 2 build browsing, build publishing, .build file downloads, imported build storage, favourites, and account features.

The service is informational. Build data, passive summaries, gear data, and imported files may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

The service may be supported by advertising, sponsorships, affiliate links, analytics, or other monetization features.

Some features require signing in. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for keeping your game account secure.

Path of Exile account authorization is used to identify your exiles.build account. We do not ask for your game password.

You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent build ownership, or use another person's account without permission.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious content, malware, exploit payloads, or harmful code
• Submit spam, duplicate, deceptive, low-effort, or misleading build listings
• Upload private, sensitive, or confidential information
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users or creators
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures
• Interfere with analytics, advertising, consent, fraud-prevention, or measurement systems except through privacy choices we provide or legally recognized browser signals
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests in a way that burdens or disrupts the service
• Reverse engineer private APIs or interfere with service infrastructure
• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

You retain whatever rights you have in build files, descriptions, tags, and other content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant exiles.build a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify for formatting or processing, create derived comparison data from, and otherwise use that content to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service.

This license continues for content that has been shared, copied, cached, backed up, used in reports, or reasonably retained for security, legal, or operational purposes.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate these terms or the rights of others.

Published builds are public. Build pages may display your author name, profile information, build details, tags, descriptions, versions, downloads, favourites, and derived metadata.

Shared comparison reports are available to anyone with the link. Do not create or share a report if it contains information you do not want others to see.

Public build pages may be used as references for new reports. Shared reports start from a user-provided or saved build and may be linked, cached, or shared by anyone who has the report URL.

We may remove, hide, edit, relabel, limit distribution of, or refuse content at our discretion, including content that appears inaccurate, abusive, infringing, harmful, spammy, or disruptive.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe doing so is necessary to protect users, creators, the service, or third parties.

We provide the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee that builds, downloads, reports, analytics, recommendations, links, rankings, or stored data will always be available, accurate, complete, secure, or preserved.

Advertising, analytics, consent tools, and third-party integrations may change, fail, be blocked, or be unavailable in some regions or browsers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, exiles.build and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, account issues, game losses, trading losses, or currency losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Your use of build recommendations, trade links, upgrade priorities, and community content is at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless exiles.build and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Some outbound links may include affiliate, referral, or tracking identifiers. If you purchase or transact through those links, we may receive a benefit at no extra cost to you.

We may display ads or sponsored placements and may work with advertising providers such as Google, Playwire, or other ad technology partners.

Ads may be contextual or personalized where permitted by law and by your consent choices. We do not endorse every product, website, service, claim, or creator shown in an advertisement.

Advertising and analytics partners may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, IP addresses, device identifiers, or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the service is also subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers where applicable.

exiles.build may link to or rely on third-party services such as Steam, Discord, YouTube, Path of Exile trade pages, community tools, data sources, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

Path of Exile 2, game data, game assets, names, and related marks belong to Grinding Gear Games. exiles.build is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grinding Gear Games, Steam, Valve, or any other third party unless expressly stated.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or remove your content if you violate these terms or if continued access creates risk for the service or others.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
